Thanks Rana. Your phone interview is very good, but you need to practice more and speak clearly. When talking about weaknesses, you HAVE to mention anything as a weakness. Regarding your example, it is good but you need to focus on your skills while stating the example. Try to be more concise and specific in general, also make sure that you are using the right tense!
